What do the Roses mean to you?

As soon as I committed to coming to Cornell for Graduate school, I was immediately excited to join a program that I've played against for four years. I had always admired their success on the field and their attitude and camaraderie off of the field. I can't explain my relief and pride when they welcomed me into their team and treated me as if I had been playing with them for years. My teammates make me happy on and off the field, and they are some of the hardest working women I know. They push me to be a better athlete and person. I can't believe I had the chance to play with them for a year and get to go to Nationals with them! I feel incredibly blessed for the opportunities I've had in the last year.
